If it isn’t then you get charged. Knowing exactly which is the best product or manufacturer for a specific location should be simple and not a case of using the cheapest or best performing company of the moment.

Liaising with all the various trades such as the main contractor, the M&E company, the Access Control engineers, the architect and the client; they all need bringing together to ensure that the right product with the best application can be installed smoothly and that the client has a door that opens and closes exactly as they imagined it would.
